B2 - Sweet Tater Pie
I thought it meant sweet tart or something like that but I discovered that the sweet potato pie. I am not equipped with an oven, I have not tried and do not guarantee the outcome, but the recipe you post it anyway, maybe if you like to send me a slice, then tell you if it's good!
Ingredients: 2 cups
pulp
sweet potatoes 1 cup sugar 2 eggs lightly beaten
½ teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 cup milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Preparation
:
Boil sweet potatoes until they are cooked well. Slaying (!) The potatoes with a fork to mash. Add all dry ingredients (sugar, salt and cinnamon) and mix evenly. Add milk, vanilla and beaten eggs and continue mixing until everything is well blended. Put the mixture into a baking dish. Place in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for 10 minutes, then reduce temperature to 175 degrees and cook for twenty minutes. Check the area with a toothpick before removing the cake from the oven. Bon Appétit!
